I needed timers for the one set of lights. Saw these on AMZ, two for $11. Check out how small they are, 3 inches.

I have this; Defiant 1875-Watt 15 Amp 24-Hour Indoor Plug-In Mechanical Timer in White-26378 - The Home Depot running the grow light for my cheato. Comes in two packs too. Anyway, easy to set up, and has been working without issue for the past month. I recommend it.

Which Wi-Fi timers is everyone using? I had one last year and the software wouldn't load on my or wife's phone so returned it. I researched some and many had bad reviews. This is why I have been avoiding them.

I use the Wyze ones

You can pick them up at amazon or Home Depot.
They work with the Wyze cam on the same app.
They also work with Alexa so you can turn on/off wave makers with your voice. This is great when your hands are wet from cleaning the tank.

I like simple. And some of you will laugh at me, but no Alexa/voice stuff for me. I don’t like the idea of being listened to. Trying to keep as much privacy as I can.

I'm using Kasa. I started with Kasa smart switches and decided to stay with Kasa smart plugs to use the same app. I'm happy with both switches and plugs. Just be aware you can max out your WiFi. I have wifi printers, computers, television fire stick, a couple smart switches, and when I got up to eight smart plugs, my wifi got funky. I can get away with seven plugs, but that eighth one puts me over the edge. I don't know enough about computers/wifi how to figure out what your system can handle.

Funny thing is Kasa was the one that gave me trouble......lol
