My return is producing a ton of bubbles. When i block off one of the outlets the bubbles stop though. Is this a pressure problem? How can this be fixed?
Nate, do the bubbles stop when you block off either outlet or just one?
Odd, but the only thing I am thinking is that a siphon break hole(if your setup has them) could be acting as a venturi by sucking in air as the water flows past it?
yo - if you want a second set of eyes - let me know - you're in the town that literally surrounds mine...hahaha. Depending on where you are - you could be down the street from me.

A poor seal or PVC solvent connection can result in a venturi effect where air is sucked into the piping by the flowing water. Not too easy to tell from your description.
I actually just altered the return and fixed it. I originally had the 3/4 inch tube for my return that then split into 2-3/4 inch outlets. I just took off the piece that split the two and attached one of the outlets. Now there is one outlet but no bubbles. It seems fine to me
