tunze help?

I have 2-7240 drivers that need repair. one spins the pump very slow and is beeping the other gets the puck very hot and does not turn the pump at all. I HAVE THE BEST LUCK . Does anyone know where I have to send them to get repaired and who to deal with? thanks.

When my driver was beeping it was because the pump was in need of service. Contact Roger and describe the symptoms to him and find out what he recommends. They do a fairly quick turnaround on their equipment. To keep them working well with less service required it is best to clean them frequently (once every 2-3 months).
