Upcoming New Release: Coral Box RN-1

What are your thoughts on the upcoming wavemaker from CB? I am a Jebao/Coral Box fan, never had a product from them fail me and I think they make some items definitely affordable for the general reefer. Don't get me wrong I still love my MP40s and such but for the prices, Jebao/Coral Box stuff can't be ignored.

This new wave pump looks to be what Waveline Wavepuck wanted to be. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these to test out.

never heard of coral box. With the destruction of my reef tank this week (do to a neighbor), I am planning on adding some items while i wait for my rocks to cure. I like the low profile with wide stream and can do 79 to 2641 gph. I am looking at IceCap 3k gyre from Marine Depot. Any info on when this will be released and price?

I believe from the video, sometime this month or so. I'll be getting one to add to the frag tank.

Coral box makes good stuff for the price. I have their wifi dosing pump works pretty good easy to program and is accurate.

That looks like a great product for my small frag tank. Has anyone seen the glass thickness it will support. My frag tank is 18x18x8, but is 1/2 acrylic. Most of the nano pumps wont work for me. I have an oscillating head on the return, but it's not enough flow. That said I don't want to increase the water running through it with a higher return pump.

I ran a jebao rw2 on my 24x8x8 frag tank that was 1/2 inch acrylic and the magnet held it just fine

This is my first acrylic anything, does it take less force to hold on acrylic vs glass?

I don't think it matters what the material is glass versus acrylic I think it's the pull strength of magnets that matters. I know glasses is denser than acrylic don't know if that makes a difference. But that's a good question

The tried to download the english manual but it doesn't work. So I downloaded the Portuguese version. It doesn't state anything about glass thickness
