I heard Vit.C was good for zoas,can anyone shed some light on this for me as i know nothing of Vit.C.I have mostly zoas in my 20gal and would begin to dose if it's beneficial.

VitC acts like a carbon source so it will help with bacterial population, lower n&p and may help with coral health. Ive used it in the past and i didnt really see any improvements in overall coral health. However, someone people back in the day did, it was a popular item to dose at one point not really knowing that it was acting more as a carbon source. id say try it and see if it improves your corals, if not you can stop using it.
