I think A it’s a better one. Lots of places for the fish to go in and out and under the rocks.
The only thing would be the higher point I would like it to be like flat going to the back maybe and you will have lots of space to grow
Also put the high end stuff at front in rock tips...

I broke up marco rocks into smaller pieces and glued them together. There is a BRS video on this but I used a slightly different technique. The rocks are joined together in super glue then reenforce with the cement that marco rock sells.

Why did you use both the superglue and the mortar? I am interested in making my own structure and I'm looking for advice - thx.

I am glad some people like A because that's the one I am leaning. A is a very full tank. In real like it looks dramatic and uses the full height of the tank, which is fairly high at 22 inches. B is a minimalist look and I like it a lot too but I like A with more shelves. Agree with @Hockeynut and @ericrodriguez, the tall rock in the middle is kind of out of place. I am going to try to remove it and lean a flat area in the middle. Thanks for all the voting guys it is really hard to decide. But in the end I want to see my 3 angelfish swimming around the rocks. I also plan to get a trio of royal grammas which would love the overhangs.

Superglue is to hold the rocks together while you experiment. Mortar is what giving it strength. Mortar is very easy to use, Just mix the amount that you need and put into the gaps.

Superglue part is the tricky part. I grind some rubbles using a mortar and pestle into a fine powder. apply the the powder between in the joint and apple the liquid superglue (not the gel). it will instantly bind the two rocks.

I bought the 1lb bottle of super glue from BRS and still have half a bottle left after building two sets of rock works.. It's a big bottle of superglue. I used a full mortar kit from marco rocks for the two rockworks and could use more. Just to give you an idea how much you need.

I like B, more room for coral to grow. I had my rocks to high, and this year I tore apart 5 years of reefing to correct it...
