Watchman Goby

So somehow my Yellow Watchman Goby jumped into my overflow, is there any problem if he decides to hang out there for awhile?

Should be fine. Food will get into the over flow so he will be able to eat. Just be careful he doesint get into your drain and clog it causing your tank to overfill. It has happend to a friend with something as small as a snail.

My Blenny has done that....I just have a net waiting under the drain pipe and pull the standpipe out and flush him down into the net!! It's worked at least 3-4 times now!!

Well my chalk bass went into my overflow. I thought I lost her, until I decided to check the overflow and there she was !!. She must have been there for 2 months..
I decided to take her out. Tried the net, did not work. Then I decided to take the pipe out let her flow into the sump and catch her.

I did catch her, but it was too stressful for her :(. I caught her and let her loose in the DT again. Next day she went belly up.

I thought that she was atleast alive in the overflow. I am a monster. I just wish she knew I wanted to help :(
