I've had this guy for a long time- owns the sand bed, but has it's cave in the center of the tank to sleep in. Tried to hook up with a pearly jawfish once. I have a pink spot goby that lurks in that end of th the tank. I thought it was either checking it out or letting it know it was boss. But I bought a peppermint shrimp a couple of weeks ago- never saw it. Now the watchman is hanging at that end of the tank- noticd today that that's right next to the rock the shrimp hangs in. If I didn't sleep in the same room as my tank, I 'd consider getting a pistol shrimp
