tanks been up for 2 years . had been dosing trace elements. Stopped those (lots of people said i did not need. So after some bad kits and bad #3 i boufgt a red sea pro . i like it . I was using Kents 2 part (a&b) tech cb stopped using alk cause it was high.This was last week.Now cal is good What would be next to get Mg and dkh down . Im thinking a 1/3 water change.

I’m typically a slow-as-you-go type of person with the tank. However, your alk is burning high. It’s damaging! So I personally would start with a 50% change to get it down to something less “burning.” I say this with ignorance because I’ve never had 19dKH, but that is coral-damaging high. After this change, I’d go with a 10 – 20% change until your numbers are more reasonable.
 
+1 to what redfishbluefish said. When your alk gets to high you will start to burn your corals, especially new growth.
