what is this in my tank?

I just setup my tank and I see some weird stuff in my tank. Please help to identify what is it?

its a hemmoroid......lol..... dont know could be a sponge. is it soft or hard to the touch? could just be some coraline..

I've actually seen this in my tank, grows on the underside of the rock where no light gets to it, don't have a clue what it is though and has not harmed anything either.

Is that pic of the LR out of water? What does it look like "in water"?

As are the others I'm clueless but looks like some kind of sponge....or the remains of one.

I've seen something very similiar to that in a tank that i just set up with very fresh rock. I think that it is mostly just dying matter. I've never seen it to the extent that i have recently. Might be something to do with the recent shipments of LR.
