What is this?

Hello fellow reefers it's been some time since I've been around.

While cleaning my tank today with the DE filter I found this interesting creature slowly but surely coming out of rock and I scooped it up and made a video of it for you to see.

Believe its a 'Icantus seeit needphotosis', they're very hard to identify.
