What kinda answer is this?

How can they say a reactor is not pressurized? You pump water into it, and the water pushes up through the reactor. If there was no pressure how would the water get through?

It seems that you arent the only one with this problem. Do a quick search on google and there are others on different sites with the same issue with the same reactors. Not sure if i'm allowed to link or not.
 
I have a couple of spares I bought from BRS when I bought my reactors. I could bring them to the meeting and you could take a look and see if they might be different from the one you have that is leaking.

Take a piece of paper put it on the open part of the canister and trace the opening size and send that to them.

Paul, I picked some up over the weekend..I should be doing it tonight.. Also Downbeach brought a O-Ring from BRS to the meeting and I could tell right off the bat it was the wrong one ( Too skinny)
