What PO4 test kit?

I'm kicking around the idea of carbon dosing but I don't have a phosphate test kit. What is a reliable kit? Is one even needed?

The only PO4 kit that I trust is the Hanna meter.

Hanna checker. Anything else is just not gonna measure low enough. Is one needed? Well I guess that depends on who you ask. I personally can't remember the last time I checked my PO4. I kind of just go on how things in the tank looks.
