What settings for your reefbreeders photon??

Hey Guys,

I am just curious at what percentage everyone runs their Photon on. Could you please include tank size, height from water, etc. I am currently ramping up to around 60% on each channel, and my LPS have not been happy. I have a Photon 24 over a 40 breeder, 10 inches over the water.

Might be helpful to include what corals you keep also. Some peoples settings might be best for what they keep but not for what you keep

I have 2 reefbreeders, 50 or so pots each 18 inches over my 55 gal. I preprogrammed a custom setting max is 80% from 12 to 1 pm. Acros sps are 6 to 0 inches from water surface. Chalice, only 3 are on the tank floor with slight rock overshadowing. Zoas are on a rock face perpendicular to the light beam 2/3 to 1/3 of the way down.

How long have you had them? Did you acclimate? If the lights are new I would do a acclimation period with them at a low setting increasing over a month or even two.
I run my Vegas over my 90. 12" off the water white 65, all blues 90, red 25, and green 20
