Hello everyone!

I am new to Jesrsey and live in Edison, I am off from work tomorrow and want some ideas of what store (s) to visit. I've been to:
Oceans Gallery II
Aquatic Obsessions
Absolutly Fish
Red Sand

So where should I go? ??? ???

Thanks! Rod

rt.70 in brick fishtails and another one 1 mile west not sure of name then head down 70 to camden you have value pet and then go to clementon you have aquarium center then go over to phila and you have east coast aquatics by the airport. then continue south for 3 stores in delaware. It is a good way to spend the day.I am off also today that may be the plan.But tropiquarium is better so go there{at least to see the koi}

try this one (make sure to call first to make sure they are open, i forgot which day they are closed - either monday or tuesday)

Underwater World
(908) 241-6630
209 E Westfield Ave
Roselle Park, NJ Map

Well AO is closest and couple nice sales on fish. Or you could do Red Sand and OG II because they are so close so you get two for one.

These below 4 all always have good reviews:
Oceans Gallery II
Aquatic Obsessions
Red Sand
Underwater world

Absolutly Fish (mix review from time to time).

Red Sand is a nice place to visit - the corals are very healthy and Feng is a really nic guy. However, I find some of the corals a bit pricey that other places I go to.

Ok so I went to Tropiquarium and it is indeed a nice store but to my view, expensive. They ahave some less expensive frags but nothing that made me want to open my wallet, also the dry goods selection was very high priced, again to my point of view.

Stopped by AO on my way back and ended up spending monet there on a blue and pink maxima clam that is by far the nicest I have ever seen! Also some frags from the tank that is being broken down from a member here, with all the new fish arrivals, and a combination of good service and decent prices I much rather go to AO then Tropiquarium.

I am surprised by the coment on Red Sand being expensive, I was there last week and my impression was the opposite, less expensive then any other store in the area. Maybe because Feng prices things on the spot the price varies? I found him very easy to deal with and very acomodating when it came to prices, he even asked me how much I wanted to pay for some stuff and gave me extra goodies in my bags, an extra zoa frag with 20+ heads and and extra wrasse.

AO and red Sand are tops on my recent list. Rod
