I just got home from work to see this thing floating in my tank! It kinda looks like the thing in this picture below.

It's a little little in color, almost salmon colored, and has legs that look like a centipedes. I couldn't get a picture because it went into my overflow and was being tossed through my powerheads.
Is it bad? Good? Should I siphon it out ASAP?
P.S. The only thing I've added to the tank was a mushroom and that was a a month ago.
