What to do with a large coral that won't fit in the tank?

OK. i recently got a huge colony of purple cap. It is too big to fit in my 120 gal tank, if you can imagine, and is currently in a smaller tank until i can figure out what to do with it. I really would like to keep it intact and not to chop it up. It would be such a shame to do so. This coral cost me gas money and an hour's drive, that's it.

What would you guys do? Give the whole piece to someone, or break it up so several reefers can benefit?

That's in a 20 gal tank and around 12". Has some GSP and zoos attached to it.

Man that thing is big you could always break a couple pieces off and do some trading that's a win win for everyone it will grow back

OK, got 2 votes to break it up. If enough people can convince me to break up the colony, I will offer the frags for free (trade optional). Anyone in favor of keeping it as is?

If it were me, I'd break it up so I have a nice piece that fits my tank. Then I'd put the remainder up for grabs.
