What type of Carbon do you use

I have been doing much research on various types of carbon and like most things in our hobby I see many varying opinions. So I thought I'd poll the club members. Can you tell me what you use and why? I am currently using the BRS ROX type. Thanks.

I use the same. Based on their demo, it seems to be head and shoulders above the other choices.

I am using biopellets now.

I've read that some people will still run GFO and Carbon along with bp.

Like i said, i'm just too lazy to hassle with another reactor for carbon or gfo... So far though the fish/corals have not had any negative feelings about the lack of carbon. Keep in mind that carbon acts as a sink and will absorb the nasty stuff from the water, but eventually it is full and has to be replaced. This is where I fail...I just don't replace it timely enough, in which case it gets really nasty.

But for the average other (non lazy) hobbyist, carbon is probably not a bad thing to have.

One caveat - if you have tangs in your tank - there is supposedly a correlation with HLLE disease and poor quality carbon.
