Uhhh I hope that was not aimed at me ??? The very title of this thread has a political undertone ;D I just hope we all spend this new found money (me included as I do not make 250+) wisely. Not just run out and impulse buy. Hmmmm anybody know where I can find a Crosshatch Trigger?

Cm if ur making 250,000 or more a year which i beleive is the threshold for tax increases and rebates, your not worried about 1000 - 500 dollars.

I don't know anyone that couldn't use an extra $500 to $1,000. Keep in mind, we're all broke at our own level!

Personally, my problem is if I'm given $500, I figure out how to spend $1000 of it. "Oh that's $400, I could use the refund for it. Oh and that's only $250, I'll use the refund for it too. Oh and that's $350, so I'll use some of the refund for that too. . . ."

So for this, I'm buying a new Marineland Tank! please don't read this Phyl!

1. buy a Phyton Gravel cleaner and suck all the sand out of his tank
2. buy a large piece of Starboard for his new and improved barebottom tank

Well, I have the vodka (still dosing in the tank, not in myself...yet) I bought I one foxface...so there is some money saved for all of you.

Maybe I'll use the money to hire a bunch of reefers to come and redo the tank!

I know im a nub aka newbie to these forums but could not resist posting on this thread. I have to say i agree 100% with paintman. I will take the money(if its even passed threw congress) and bank it to help me offset the raising taxes that are coming. I work as a mailman in paterson and have stories that would make you cringe, Sometimes ignorance is bliss. In this thread someone said that people use there home equity as a piggy bank, this is not such a bad thing due to the fact that its the only debt you can write off, just don't take a loan worth as much as your house is and then blow it. With that said i wish everyone a great new year.
