Not piling on but do you have the same corals in both tanks? Same size tanks? Excluding the membrane the filters and resin are pretty inexpensive. Up to you but you can then eliminate another factor.

I have a mostly sps tank, but I like to put zoanthids around the bottom of the tank. Ive come to the conclusion, asterinas ARE eating my zoas. 100% not up for debate. Ive been looking around for a harlequin shrimp.

This is what I think it is.

Yes I have same corals in both tanks, same size
