where to buy fully cured live rock?

Any ideas where i can get some fully cured live rock? i don't have the time or money to go through the curing process. any lfs sell fully cured live rock for a good price? i know absolutely fish (the lfs i go to) sells their live rock for 9 dollars per lb which is a bit pricey for me. i don't think it's cured either. if you know the prices if you could post that too that would be great!

Not having the money to cure the rock doesn't make sense. Cured live rock will cost you around $6-9 a lb at an lfs versus paying $3.50 a pound and waiting a month or so to cure it. You can always buy some marco rock instead.

Salt is expensive (for a 16 year old who has no help funding his tank). the weekly 100% water changes are what would do it for me. i don't have enough time/money to do that especially with school starting again.

You can use the cheap $20 box that will do 160 gallons for the curing. The price difference of the rock could be around $300-600 unless you can find some from someone on here that is cured. Marco Rock would be the best cost effective solution for you.

Now if the the marco rock is already dead that means that there is no die off to be had. so would i be able to just put the rock straight in my tank without cycling it since there is no die off?

You will have a short cycle, but nothing like regular uncured live rock. Since you are on a budget Marco rock is dry you get more rock for the dollar. And I have seen people add it right into their tank.
