Where to find open Gas Stations?

Take the last number in your license plate. Tomorrow is the 3rd, so if your license plate is 283-abs, then you have a odd number "3". You can get gas tomorrow for your car. Plates with all letters are considered odd.

I haven't seen that walk up for gas canisters are any way limited.

Darn. Where do u work. I work for Hess. And we don't get any special treatment

Wow this is crazy! thankfully my work bought a tanker full of 8,000 gallons and is filling up all employees in NJ and NY.

One of the top 5 insurance companies in the US, I have to fill my company car and I get to fill my personal car. I am so thankful to be able to get it. I am honestly predicting though that by the end of next week things will be better.

We received over 10,000 claims so far in NJ alone for auto related incidents from the hurricane and expecting another 5-10,000 more. I handle injuries typically, but have experience in regular claims as well.

if anyone has any questions regarding insurance claims from the hurricane or in general please feel free to message me. I will advise you as best I can!

Mixed reports that the state is going to odd/even gas tomorrow at noon

I heard this yesterday also. Should be interesting.
I basically drove a good chunk state yesterday delivering generators and doing "Well checks" for my job. From Elizabeth to Perth Amboy, South River, Middletown, Spring Lake, then all the way to Monmouth Junction, then to get back I had to go south to Princeton just to go north again. The gas situation is BAD. Most were closed the ones that were open had a line of cars a mile long and tons of people standing on line with cans. Also add to that the NJTP is also running out. Fuel is still plentiful in my area but the upcoming days should be interesting.

The costco in Edison is running 24 hrs. Long lines still but you won't get gouged.

No need for membership.

Today I talked to my dad who lives in Florence(Burlington County), and he said gas is not a problem. No lines, just another day. FWIW...

Things seems to be getting better, as power is restored stations are opening and gas trucks are making it way in. I think many people are still panic buying. I was filling gas cans for my generator today and I saw someone fill up and it was $15. I couldn't believe it, wait for close to 1 hour for a little over 4 gallons of gas.

Driving around my area today, Monroe, Manalapan, Marlboro I encountered no wait at all. The Costco in Manalapan had a normal wait and price was $3.35/ gallon. If anybody is having problems in their area it may be worth it to drive around to find better stations with less wait and lower pricing.

I passed a bunch of stations on the way to work on 35 and 34 in manasquan, Wall, and Point that had no lines at all.

my wife told me the costco gas station had normal lines around edison. Seems that things are already back to normal.
