Monthly meetings are open up to everyone

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

I can attend meetings but due to budgetary issues location being relatively close to me makes attending much easier I eagerly await the next meet that's close by so I can attend
as mentioned above our next meeting is May 13th.
The monthly meets are posted on our front page under the "Welcome" panel. The meeting panel will give the person's name, address, date - time of meeting, and a Google map of the location. Clicking on the link will take you to the thread about the meeting where you can RSVP and read a bio about the host.

I do understand its hard to make meetings. The club does it best to spread, the meetings, out across the state to give a fair chance for everyone to make it.

It is always posted on the Home page, just keep checking. Also, listed in Announcements.
@Kevvv317 As Madreefer stated it will be posted on the home page. I just checked this sites calendar and there are no upcoming anything. Lol. I’m certain it simply hasn't been updated as we recently upgraded the sites software. But no worries. They tend to be at the end of months. So there is plenty of time In the mean time start a tale of tank or go to the introduce yourself page. We would love to hear all about what your doing or plan to do. This is a great place to chat with local or at least accessible refers in the area. And offers lots of opportunities to see other people’s setups. Which for me is awesome. Always a tuff one for me. I like the meets at stores and large ones like the last one. But I really really love going to other Reefers houses and seeing there setups. And how they personally go about it. I’m sure we are all the same. But more people have to realize. That’s why we go. It’s not like they are BOD meetings. There about socializing with people with the very same interests. And seeing stuff you love at the same time. I just realized.... this very moment..... I almost didn’t go to my first meeting because I had no idea what it was. Internally I was like “gee what do I have to offer. I know it says open to all members but I can’t possibly have a vote... what does a newb like me know about the business of reefing it’s just fun for me”.... but than my wife said let’s go and see what it is like. IT WAS GREAT. It’s not a meeting at all.
i think more people would go if they had any idea it was friends getting together to talk and see reefs. Oh and eat lol. And we should stop calling them monthly meetings. People hate meetings. People like socializing And that’s what it is.
That’s cool but I wouldn’t have a “ gathering “ at my place because I basically just plugged my system in, nothing to see except brown rocks n seahorses. When I do host a “ gathering “ there will be plenty of Oregano
