why do I get this error when trying to upload photos

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator. pics are under 175 kb please help John ???

How many pictures are you trying to upload? I know the bulk uploader will only let you upload about 4 pics even though there are spaces for many more than that.

why not use a 3rd party host site like photobucket.com? it's free.

I'm not sure what the problem could be, maybe you could try making the pics a little smaller (100k)? if that doesn't work, I would try what hawkeye suggested and try photobucket or something like that.
