Why does my BTA keep moving?

He's continually moving because he hasn't found the perfect home yet with the right amount of flow and lighting. There is nothing you can do until he finds this location. Foam is the only way to protect it from the pw.

i agree with all that was said above. when it finds a spot it likes, it will stay put, but then again it could move again.

Btas usually do not like heavy direct flow.

im guessing its going by the powerheads so it can avoid the flow coming out of them.

try adjusting where they point.

Of course, the funny thing is, when you actually want them to move, they don't.

I had to litterally take a rock down into the garage and beat it with a hammer till the dang thing flopped out onto the floor to get one to let go.

I haven't heard for a while, but I think that one's still kickin'! ;)
