worn out 4" filter socks

Anyone have one or two worn out and about to go in the garbage 4" ring filter socks I could get cheap or preferably free? I want to cut off the felt and just keep the ring and see if I can make my own floss cup. I refuse to pay $20 for a plastic cup. Even generic ones on amazon are $18 . Thinking if I can find the right size plastic drinking cup it could be siliconed in place and drill a bunch of holes in it.

I just tossed a 7 inch ring out. I used the mesh fie Purigen. I may have another one lying around if you want it.

Just the ring. I want to see if I can find cups that will match up to it. Plan was to drill the cups myself and epoxy them to the ring. Amazon dropped the Red Sea cup price to $15 so I picked up a pair. Love being able to just swap floss so quickly and be done. That being said, since you’ve found rings I’d still like to give the project a shot. I’ll just pay it forward and give a couple members a pair of cups each when I’m done. Pming address.
