I've recently hit zero phosphates and zero nitrates using a 120W scrubber (Ice Cap) and an odd DIY Chaeto filter. For better or for worse, I'm also looking to run an automated Nannochloropsis culture with the algae output going into my main system. I may have to start automatically dosing phosphates & nitrates if all three systems somehow actually begin to work simultaneously & synchronously. I'll keep you in mind for the scrubber if push comes to shove...
You need to check out what wattage of scrubber you're willing to live with.
