what kind do you have? i was looking around on amazon in the $200 range, would love to get a used one though lol

Honestly, not sure. My stepdaughter finished school for dental assistant and was going to toss it; so I took it......LOL

$200 can get you a really good one brand new so no need for a used one. I paid only 70 for mine off Amazon and I was blown away by the quality considering the price. This is the one I purchased:

I was able to zoom in plenty far to determine what dinos i had lol. Well good luck with the search, if your ever in need of one before you purchase your own then you could borrow mine as well. I'm in 08723.

I completely agree. After using one I think it's as important as owning test kits for other parameters. No guess work on algae species.
