It's been hit n miss with me, I've had some bad/dead macros sent to me on previous orders and I've also dealt with the postal service loosing my package. In the end John came through and made it right for me, with pretty much no questions asked.

Yes I see it now, the membrane blended in with the back wall so I missed it at 1st glance. Liqugen is a solid unit IMO so I wouldn't replace it...just need to troubleshoot it. (i have a 7 stage LG unit myself) Do you know the micron size of the cartridges? Do you know what the PSI is going...

Also, is the black cartridge a DI? I'm not seeing a membrane on this unit

Have you changed the sediment filter? It looks spent. Also what are the micron counts on the cartridges?

Did you try calling them?

Where did you go?

If you can change the cartridges, then just swap out the sediment filter for something with a low micron count. Can add a carbon block (s) too. Like mentioned, the membrane is what does alot of the fine "heavy lifting". If you can add something in line with the existing filters that would be...
