    It depends, if the corals are under water and you have water movement, then a few hours and you should be ok. Assuming the tank doesn't get too cold/too hot

    Help me find a light

    They dont and are passively cooled. But you keep the Ac on at home, and its elevated it should be ok. Currently I'm running an old tek light without issues.
