I agree with going to the Hydra 32s. Adding another Prime could give you more spread, but for a 24" deep tank, you'll probably want something a bit stronger to light all the way to the bottom. Of course, depends on what corals you're looking to grow. Check out this thread...
Echo everything that's been said. They're very popular as they look great, are relatively cheap, and are easy to keep. Not generally aggressive except possibly to fish with the same body shape. Do a good job with pests.

3-4" should be enough for a jawfish. You may wind up with a problem with a pink spot and a jawfish though. They're the same body shape, but more importantly, occupy the same area (sand bed) in the reef tank. Both my jawfish and diamond goby in the past would periodically move from lair to lair...

Tomini and kole tangs stay pretty small. Some of the least aggressive tangs as well. Had one of each in a 45 gallon frag tank - awesome algae eaters, no problems.
