    H2O2 is helpful, I run an oxydator in my system for this. The biggest effect will be a proper sized clean up crew. If you can't grow algae, you can't grow coral!

    Pull a bunch of chaeto, leave less than you usually would and see if there are any changes. That should leave more nutrients available for your coral, well at least until the chaeto grows back.
