    Thanks! I did see your DIY controller. I am extremely handy but when it comes to electronics and programming I have no clue. I had a friend set up my Apex for me.

    My apex display stopped working a few weeks ago. I think that 1 button on the display is the most used thing on my entire tank and set up. I use the down button to put the tank into feed mode.     When I had my tiny 24g jbj cube I just used the stock hood that had the power compact lights. when I got a bigger tank I jumped right to LEDs. I went with Radions because I wanted lights I knew were good and I didn't want to think about all the different colors and all that headache that comes...

    I had the same exact problem with my old Jaebo dc pump I cleaned it once and then it wouldn't start after. I would have to stick my finger in and spin the prop till it would start. It wouldn't bother me if i had to do it every now and again but when i feed my fish i shut all the pumps off...
