    Can you take a video of the flow. Torches are touchy with too much flow. As stated above brown jelly is also a possibility. If that is it tank that torch, it will spread to other lps such as hammer frogspawn etc

    Maybe look into the rock series pumps. It is the at an replacement and appear to be much better built.

    Sorry to hear this Paul. I had the same experience with atman. With all your diy skill I am sure you can mate another pump to that skimmer.

    I see both sides... The water change will lower the toxicity for the remaining fish and enough ammonia and nitrates remain to cycle. In a perfect world the cycle should be fishless.... To each there own. No disrespectful taken or towards you because I know you know what your talking about...

    Most warranties are void once we drill them and for the warranty they need to be on their stands which we don't use. So they don't matter much in my opinion. I have never heard of one leaking.

    The only one worth using is the 736, it is by far the best bet for phos. All the rest I will use salifert and red sea pro.

    Just a basic 10 dollar multimeter is all you need. Saltwater will carry a slight static charge just because it is saltwater.
