Is it alright to turn off all the water circulation in the night, except the return pump? I am thinking this will allow the fish and corals rest peacefully. Is this a good idea? Thanks Arvind.

The last batch I used was Tropic Marine Pro. I used to use Reef crystal before. Ro/Di water mixed and stored in a vat. I do a drip acclimate. I meant to say acclimated not quarantined. Ph is 7.97 and Sg is 1.026. The tang was added a month ago. Although this present tank is three months old...

The anthias looked sick before it died. I cant say the same thing about the purple tang or yellow wrasse. I do quarantine the fish for 90 minutes to an hour.

The only thing changed recently is I have been adding more fish and inverts. I dont see anyone bothering this guy though. I will try the iodine dip and see how it goes.

I would say about a month or little longer. I got it from Aquatic Obsessions. I think it looked good for a couple of days and then it was on the decline. Tried few locations which not much success. I didnt test for ammonia recently. Let me see if I have a kit around.

My Frogspawn is not looking good. First I thought it was in a high flow area, so I moved to bottom of the tank. It gotten worse. So I moved it back to its old place, but still not looking good at all. What do you guys think I should look for? All other corals (i have only a few) and fish look...

Nope, it wont. thats a good thing about glass. In my case, I used a credit card, which worked quite well.

I am planning to mod my ASM G3. I already ordered the enkamat for doing the mesh mod. I would also like to do the gate valve mod. Where can I find PVC gate valve in central jersey? I went to Home Depot and didnt find there. thanks for your help. Arvind.
