You ever come closer to cherry hill?

Thanks guys! There is cross bracing but having a 2x8 on a 13 ft span the floors are very bouncy. It has last 50 years this way and they are bedrooms but it annoys me. Think I am going to put a lvl header at half span.

Working on a 1960s home with 13ft spans on 2x8s at 16oc. This is maximum span I am but trying to figure out what wood it is to see how over span this is. Who knows what wood species the joists are?? thanks!

From your other posts on nutrition I now often feed frozen minced whole clams and juice. I don't know if they retained any bacteria once frozen. Do you know if prazipro would also kill good bacteria with the unwanted parasites

Paul i really enjoy reading your posts and I know they are valid points. However after losing many old fish from a new addition that brought in ick I am gun shy. My current fish were treated with copper and prazipro. How would I start safety building their immunity?

Did you quarantine this fish? Internal parasites can make them not eat, I would treat with prazi pro

Soaking the food in a garlic solution worked for me in the past. Most pet stores will sell garlic for aquarium use

If your phosphates are truly .015 that is not high at all. Some actually consider that too low. I would just change anything if I was you.

That's a good idea. It will still soon free if the shaft is stuck on the magnet, but Will not run right. Check it.

Does the impeller shaft slide through the magnet easily? It should move freely. Deposits of the shaft to stop it from sliding inside the magnet which often causes pump issues. Did you clean in vinegar?
