Paypal always sides with the buyer. They will bank account just take the money out of the account that have linked with them. If you don't have the money in the account they will just put you into the negative.

I installed those floor registers that are wood and sell at HD or Lowes. I also have those little USB desk fans two in the stand and two in the hood. They make a huge difference and aren't that loud. Plus they are super cheap so when they rust or stop working I just trash them and get new ones...
