Well I justed picked up my new but used tank. I have a little cleaning to do on the tank. Well it's not a 70 gal it's actually a 60 gal. The measurement is 28x28x18. Now I can finish my stand, since now I have the tank here.

This is a good idea. Definitely see if your neighbor will let you setup 1-2 days in advance. That way you can plumb the chiller and heater in case it gets to hot/cold. And not worry so much about rushing and making a poor judgement call at the last moment. Which could be catastrophic. Good luck...
