You could get a power inverter we picked one up at Rite Aid Pharmacy plug it into your power supply in your car run an extention cord to a powerhead just move the powerhead up to the top of your tank to make bubbles to add oxygen to your water

I just searched pond liner and it came up in that search. There is a couple of places online that sell these. We just use the billboard nothing else.

We have a drop in heater that runs all winter long. That is why we are able to keep the pond running the same all year long

No they are similar to a tarp but they don't leak we tripled ours up just in case. The one side is the actual billboard for Roth institute and the other side is black. Works perfectly you can buy them online. We were lucky to find one for sale on Craigslist.
