What is your tap water tds?

I was thinking about the fact I have not changed my di resin in my rodi system for over a year and my tds is still zero. So I checked the tds of my tap and it was 101. Am I lucky to have tds so low in nj, when I lived elsewhere in nj it was 300+.

New 90 Gallon Reef setup. - Going to need alot of advice.

They are the palys, they should open pretty much anywhere, they are very resilient. Stop moving them and they will open. It could take a few days for them to open

    60g cube build

The issue with leds are the "cone" of light they put out If you look at the picture they only cover directly under the fixture well. Imagine the cone coming from a 7 inch fixture for a 30 inch tank, the top edges of both sides of the tank will almost be in the dark in my humble opinion. It will...

    60g cube build

At only 7 inches wide that leaves you with roughly 11 inches on both sides of the fixture. The fixture might "cover" the fixture at full blast but you will have major shadowing and dark areas in my opinion. I have a 24 inch led fixture on a 36in tank (only 6 inches on each side of the fixture)...

    60g cube build

What is the area you are trying to cover, if it is the 60 cube 24in wide, then one hydra 26 MIGHT work. If you are trying to cover a 36in tank one hydra 26 will not cover it very well at all.

    kalkwasser

You do not use kalk to raise anything, it is used to maintain the level. If it is used to raise alk or calcium it will dangerously raise ph. Use a calcium supplement to raise it where you want it first.

New 90 Gallon Reef setup. - Going to need alot of advice.

I wanted to add one point to my first post. To test the RO membrane you need to test in, and out after the RO membrane but BEFORE the DI cartridge. Your RO membrane could be doing nothing and your DI media is sucking all the TDS up.
