We have our tanks tied straight in to the RODI we use a kent float valve on both. No pump needed. We use to run about 30' of hose from the basement to 1st floor where the tanks are. Gravity feed down to the waste can, and pump back up using a Mag12.
Thank you Jim
It already is the worst place to go to visit our Grandson. When it's all you got you want it to be peaceful not stressfull. Thanks to all for the kind words.
Thanks Phyl, We never know what we are going to find when we go to visit Tyler. There is 2 little twin brothers that are buried by Tyler they died at Birth. They don't have any kind of Marker on their Grave. Wehn I replace Tyler's Angel I'm going to repaint the Angel and give it to the babies...
Look at the picture of my 110 I have 9 acans on 1 large shelf rock on the bottom of my tank plus I added some small zoo and paly colonies. I like it alot ;D
Another sad day is coming soon. Our Grandson will be gone 3 yrs now on August 3rd.
We went to the cemetery today and found that the angel statue that has been there since we had the headstone placed was gone
and replaced with a cheap plastic angel statue the paint had pealed off of it and it...
The stand doesn't look bad why don't you just dress it up with a fancy knob or handle for the doors. The tank trim wouldn't match anything darker since it looks like it has oak trim on it now. You could get corner trim and put it on the corners of the glass that will dress it up as well
It depends sometimes I go to an Asian market and pick it up or to the lfs and get a variety red, green, brown, purple. I have pigs and they are not picky
I don't use a clip on my tanks. My 210 I put in a whole sheet in the tank. My guys take it out of my hand and then it is a free for all and tug of war for 5 min. then it is gone. It is the funniest thing to watch. I put a 1/2 sheet in the 110 still a tug of war but not as amusing as the 210
Right now we have a Naso tang, chevron tang, yellow tang, Flame clown he will have a new home when we do the switch. Lawnmower Blenny and a large goby can't remember off hand what he is
Well I was wrong. And yes Joe you were correct this wasn't our last upgrade. Our New Oceanic 144 gallon 1/2 circle will be here on Monday. The 18" wide tank is just not enough room for all the coral. So hopefully this will be the last upgrade. As you can tell by this photo everything is pretty...
Do half a strip and see how much he would eat. If he eats the whole thing right a way then try a little bigger piece if he doesn't eat it all in about 1 hour then give him a little less. :)
