    I wouldn't. I drilled my tank. Glass holes kit. Get tubs. Move stuff. Heaters air stones pumps etc. make a plan. :)

    They come with hard tubes that you put into the holes in the back of the overflow. Quiet as a mouse. I'm running the 1500 gal/hr kit. Very quiet.

    You can test it by wearing polarized sunglasses and putting a comp screen behind it. Or look for a label on the tank. Or call :)
