I'm selling my beautiful Australian Purple Elegance. I added this in January 2009 when it was about 3 inches across. Now it's more like 9 or 10 inches across. I'll try to get another picture to show the S-shape of the body when it's closed up. I've never had any issues with it and never had...
I'm currently dosing 66ml daily in a system of about 135 total gallons. I also get bacteria growing, but not to the same degree as downbeach. I think the trick is to ramp up slowly until you find the spot that feels right. I use a BRS dosing pump hooked up to a controller, so the 66ml are...

I'm considering replacing my T5 6x54 retro with an ATI fixture. I'm not happy with the canopy, plus this would give me more options with raising and lowering the lights.
I'm leaning towards the ATI Powermodule over the Sunpower.
Question: my tank is 48x18x24h. Should I go with the 36" 6x39 or...
I purchased this maroon clown from Dr. Jim back in March, 2009. I’m in the process of making lots of changes to my tank, and think it’s time to find this guy a new home. It doesn’t get along with some of my other fish, especially the sixline. This guy is desperate for an anemone! First he tried...
