I would be more concerned with spackle dust if any!!!.. i have been to homes days even a week later and the stuff is still settling

As a house painter myself you don't have much to worry about the fumes (with latex) unless you are using oil or alcohol based paint if you have any spackle sanding to do you might want to put a sheet of plastic under the the cloth sheet for a few days that dust gets everywhere and takes sometime...
