The 50 is good too, its same footprint, just a lil taller. The equipment you would use would be essentially the same, but with more water volume to buffer your level swings.

The 6" extra is pretty nice, especially if you want the space between the rockwork and glass.

29g is pretty skinny and is good for a sump, you should go with a 40B IMO.

When you do a wc, pull as much out while having the hose stuck it out, urchins should eat that stuff if its short, won't eat it at that size. You can also try vibrant and see if that works, but will still have to do the manual removal.

Heavy feeding should help with aggression, as long as your filtration can keep up. Some fish are just ass holes though, lol!

What size tank is it, it's mostly on what is claimed as its territory and how often you feed.

Yea. If a fish is always hanging in a corner looking stressed, high chance that it's getting bullied. It won't grow a sack overtime. It's best to just remove it and rehome.
