What it’s the best macro algae to control phosphate?

I've tried multiple macros, some got eaten, one melted , others do fine, but I've yet to see one control phosphates well. I think bc if the red field ratio, there really won't be much deviation between them, only whatever is the limiting factor. Some take up more calcium, alk, iron etc... but...

Could also make it a freshwater tank, if your looking for something more simplistic, and stock schooling fish and non co2 plants!

    Aquamesh

Yes you can use it to divide tanks, but long run it's more works as you gotta take em out and clean. Not being able to seperate the last chamber for the return pump and ato is really the biggest concern. Using it to divide some other equipment is totally fine though. If you don't want to...

    Aquamesh

It serves a different purpose to glass baffles, cant really compare the 2. It will block big thinks like macros algae from getting in a return chamber, but it wont help divide the sump into different chambers.

    Minimalistic Display Tank

Trigger not recommended for that tank size. They also tend to be nippy fish. You could look into wrasses, alot of color variation, you just gotta look into their husbandry.

    New Fish Tank

16-20" would be better I'd you wanted bigger fish, just would have to use more rock to have high light demanding corals higher. You ever have fish get too close to you when trying to reach the bottom?

    New Fish Tank

Tall tanks aint worth it, as mentioned above with the downsides, I rarely see the fish utilize any of the top layer of water, expect when feeding. A tank that is wider would be more benefit than taller imo. For both livestock and owner. Using a step ladder and sticking your whole arm to do...
