I notice every now and then my skimmer goes into foaming crazy mode..for no reason....I found that just lifting the entire skimmer up and a slight shake...it settles down again... A water change never hurts.

Sven I would cut the sand bed depth, and increase water changes in either frequency...every week of 10% or in amount to 20%..or even both. You have to find what works.....this depends on amount of fish...feedings etc. If you see spiking in PO4...water changes and cleaning the sand bed, filters...

One 10 Ft cord from the light to the transformer ant one cord about 3to 4 from that which is a power cord

My 75 has 2 radion Pros and the new 420 has 8 radion pros....I main cable per light and the power cord from the "transformer" for each light.
