    custom top off container

    I'm using a container that I picked up in HD. It's sold for storing wrapping paper in.It's like 9"x15" and 24" high with out the lid. Lid adds 8". Holds abuot 10 gal.

    The only thing that worked for me was water changes a little more often and changing the carbon more often. Make sure your using good water for top off and water changes. You can try to siphon it out as you scrap it off the glass.

    OMG I just had to pull a tick from my daughters head -

    First I would get it ID'ed to see if it is a Lyme carrying tick.Not all ticks carry Lyme's.If it was big it either draw blood or its probable not a Lyme's carrying tick.I've taken them to the Month County health dept in Freehold.They can tell if it is a Lyme carrying tick and also if it draw...

    Zapping mojanos

    Works just like in the video.Nice work Paul.I'm able to zap mojanos that are right in the middle of a zoa colony without touching any zoas.Also works on unwanted zoas and mushrooms.Has a long reach so you can get into tight spots.I'm very happy with the zapper.

    Anyone with an old 36" 39W UVL Aquasun bulb?

    I'm in Howell 07731 and have one you can have.Used about 6-7 months.Didn't like the look at first.Though I've since started using an IC 10k with a 12k and 4 blue bulbs.Might be able to send it up north with my wife.She works at Pathmark. Park Avenue South Plainfield, NJ 07080.lmk

    Take a look at stands in some lfs.I went in 3-4 times just to look at a canopy I made. Also look at other peoples stands that might live near you.
