Stay away from the 29 inch tall tanks.( too hard to reach anything) They have a 220 which is 84x24x24. (I just set mine up) I'm using 3 250 watt Halides on my 84 inch and theres no dead spots. I'm gonna supplement with a few sets of T-5's. Can't help with the skimmer. Theres too many choices. TM...

See that Roy. When one of your plumbers come in telling you their fixing a nail hole in a sewer line, you can tell them to use a solider iron. :D

All depends how high you have your iron set to. I've seen pipes and fittings welded completely to the center.

If you can access the complete crack, you can melt it fixed with a soldiering iron.

I agree with Brian. I removed my LR from my sump. Less detritus.

On the 125, I'm using a HOB dual overflow. On the 220, it has 2 overflows. Would this make any difference? The 125 has 2 1 1/4 drains and the 220 has 2, 1 inch drains. Thanks Phyl.
