Hi Kevin, it is a bit early, but i have a couple of suggestions. I find that it is easiest to take a tank move in stages. I like to remove coral first, then inverts, then fish, then live rock. Once everything is out of the tank, I like to clean the glass really well, and (circumstances...
Just my two cents, but if you can do a weekly water change, where you change 8-10g every week, of even bi-weekly water changes of 15-20 gallons, I would bet that you will get better results than you are getting now from the peroxide and vinegar. The peroxide and vinegar are, in my opinion...
+1 leave it alone. I have had that happen, so long as they start to recover (which yours clearly has) they will grow back. I would only dremmel it if the exposed skeleton starts to grow algae, and before I did that, I would try to manually remove the algae.
It might be easier to fix the problem if you look at the tank as a whole: i know you have done this before, but you have made a lot of changes over the last few months (if my memory serves me) can you give an overview of the system, as it presently exists, from stocking to equipment to water...

For a nano, I would stick with one of the smaller gobies, like a yasha, a Dracula, or a magnificent (if you can find it).
One other thing ou should know: the pistol may try to steal small frags on your sand bed...
Hello all,
I have a 1" frag, starting to encrust, of our " hitchiker acro".
We got this acro from Merv as a hitchhiker in 2009. It is a nice hardy acro, the coral grew out from a .20" chip of an acro encrusted on another coral we got from him. It survived the tank crash in 2010, all...
Your chances of having a mated pair of acro eating crabs in your tank is very small. From having a mated pair of (good) acro crabs, I can tell you that the female crab will carry the eggs, not lay them. Now, i know i am taking a giant leap by assuming bad acro crabs would do the same. We had...
